Unitree Technology's Humanoid Robot Debuts at CCTV Spring Festival Gala with Performance 'Yang Bot'
The 2025 Spring Festival Gala was broadcast live on multiple television channels by the China Central Broadcasting Television. Unitree Technology from Hangzhou brought their humanoid robots to the Spring Festival stage, presenting a unique performance titled 'Yang Bot'. Directed by the famous director Zhang Yimou, the show perfectly integrated traditional culture with robotics technology. In the performance, multiple humanoid robots from Unitree donned red floral jackets and danced the Yangko while holding handkerchiefs. These robots demonstrated extremely smooth walking and were able to interact seamlessly with the dancers, accurately performing complex movements such as twirling the handkerchief.
